    .  碳鋼,低合金鋼制壓力容器

     

    1. 碳鋼和低合金鋼超聲檢測要求

     

    鋼板逐張進行超聲檢測,檢驗方法和質量指標按NB/T47013.3-2015《壓力容器無損檢測》中____級合格。

     

    DO ULTRASONIC EXAMINATIONTO STEEL PLATESONE BY ONE. CHECK METHOD AND QUALITY GUIDE LINE CONFORM TOCLASS ____ ASSPECIFIED IN NB/T47013.3-2015.

     

    2. 鍛件要求

     

    鍛件應按NB/T47008~47010-2017《壓力容器用鋼鍛件》____級進行制造、檢驗和驗收。

     

    FABRICATION,CHECK AND EXAMINATION OFFORGINGS SHALL CONFORM TO CLASS ____ AS SPECIFIED INNB/T47008~47010-2017"FORGED STEELS FOR PRESSURE VESSELS".

     

    3. 沖擊試驗要求

     

    a. 鋼板應逐張進行夏比(V形缺口)沖擊(常溫或低溫)試驗,試驗溫度為____℃,沖擊功值不小于____J。

     

    a.DO (NORMAL TEMPERATURE OR LOWTEMPERATURE)CHARPY(V SHAPE GAP) IMPACT TEST TO STEEL PLATES ONE BY ONE, THETEST TEMPERATURESHALL BE ____, THE IMPACT WORK SHOULD BE AT LEAST ____J.

     

    b.鍛件進行____熱處理后,進行夏比(V形缺口)低溫沖擊試驗,試驗溫度為____℃,沖擊功值不小于____J。

     

    c.FORGINGS SHOULD BE ____ HEATTREATED. THENDO LOW TEMPERATURE CHARPY (V SHAPE GAP) IMPACT TEST TO THEM. THETESTTEMPERATURE SHALL BE ____, THE IMPACT WORK SHOULD BE AT LEAST ____J.

     

    4. 無損檢測

     

    A,B類焊接接頭須進行100%射線或超聲檢測,合格級別按NB/T47013.2-2015RT-II級或UT-I級。

     

    THE WELD JOINTFOR WELD OF TYPE A AND TYPE BMUST BE TESTED BY 100% RADIO-GRAPHIC TEST ORULTRASONIC TEST. IT SHALL CONFORMTO CLASS RT-II OR UT-I AS SPECIFIED IN NB/T47013.2-2015.

     

    .  不銹鋼制壓力容器

     

    1. 材料和焊接接頭須按GB/T4334-2008進行晶間腐蝕傾向試驗,合格要求____。

     

    THE MATERIAL ANDWELDING JOINT WILL BEUNDERGONE HUEY TEST ACCORDING TO GB/T4334-2008 AFTER THE BEND TEST, THESAMPLESURFACE SHOULD HAVE NO CREVICE FROM INTERCRYSTALLINE CORROSION.

     

    2. 水壓試驗合格后,應將水漬清除干凈。(水壓試驗時,控制水的氯離子含量不超過25毫克/升。)

     

    CLEAN OUT OFREMANENT WATER AFTER HYDRAULICPRESSURE TEST. (CONTROL CL CONTENT IN WATER OF 25mg/L DURINGHYDRAULIC PRESSURE TEST.)

     

    3. 壓力試驗及氣密性試驗合格后,清除油污做酸洗鈍化處理,所形成鈍化膜進行藍點檢查,無藍點為合格。

     

    AFTER PRESSURETEST AND AIR TIGHT TEST, THEEQUIPMENT SHOULD BE CLEANED TO REMOVED THE GREASYDIRT AND THEN BE PICKLED. THEPASSIVATED SURFACE SHOULD BE EXAMINED BY USINGBLUE-POINTING PENETRATION METHOD.IF THERE'S NO BLUE-POINT OCCURRING, THEEQUIPMENT WILL BE ELIGIBLE.

     

    .  不銹復合鋼板制壓力容器

     

    1.復合鋼板應在熱處理后供貨,基層鋼板材料的供貨狀態____。

     

    MULTIPLEX STEELPLATES SHALL BE SUPPLIEDAFTER BEING HEAT TREATED. THE SUPPLY STATEOF FOUNDATION LAYER MATERIAL SHALL BE____.

     

    2. 復層不銹鋼材料及復層焊接接頭應按GB/T4334-2008進行晶間腐蝕傾向試驗,合格要求____。

    . 鋼制焊接常壓容器

     

    1. 不銹鋼圓筒形容器(設計壓力-0.02MPa<p<0.1mpa)< p>

     

    a.  材料和焊接接頭須按GB/T4334-2008進行晶間腐蝕傾向試驗,合格要求____。

    WHEN THE RESULTIS ACCEPTABLE AFTER TEST, ITSHOULD BE CLEANED TO REMOVED THE GREASY DIRT ANDTHEN BE PICKLED. THE PASSIVATEDSURFACE SHOULD BE EXAMINED BY USINGBLUE-POINTING PENETRATION METHOD. IF THERE'SNO BLUE-POINT OCCURRING, THE EQUIPMENTWILL BE ACCEPTABLE.

     

    2. 圓筒形料倉(設計壓力500Pa<p<2000pa)< p>

     

    a. 料倉安裝前,應對其基礎按SHJ510-88《石油化工裝置設備基礎工程施工及驗收規范》要求進行中間驗收。

     

    BEFORE INSTALLTHE STUFF WAREHOUSE, MAKEMIDTERM TEST TO IT ACCORDING TO SHJ510-88"CONSTRUCTION AND EXAMINATIONCODES FOR FOUNDATION PROJICT OF EQUIPMENT INPETROLEUM AND CHEMICALINDUSTRY".

     

    b. 接觸物料的焊接接頭應打磨光滑,與母材齊平。要求拋光的表面,應在打磨后進行拋光。

     

    THE WELD JOINTWHICH TOUCH THE MATERIALSHOULD BE POLISHED TO MAKE IT FLUSH WITH MOTHERMATERIAL. THE SURFACE WHICHREQUIRS POLISH SHALL BE POLISHED AFTER BEINGGROUND.

     

    c. 高合金鋼板制料倉表面應進行拋光,酸洗鈍化處理。經酸洗鈍化的表面不得有黑色流痕及鐵紅銹痕,表面金屬光澤應一致。

     

    SURFACE OF STUFFWAREHOUSE MADE BY HIGHCOMPONENT ALLOY STEEL PLATES SHOULD BE POLISHED, PICKLEDAND PASSIVATED. THEPASSIVATED SURFACE SHOULD HAVE NEITHER IRON BLACK NOR IRONOXIDE RED RUST. THESURFACE METAL LUSTER SHOULD BE IDENTICAL.

     

    .夾套容器

     

    1.容器內為常壓,夾套內為正壓(或容器內為真空,夾套內為正壓時)

     

    應先對容器進行液壓試驗或盛水試漏或煤油滲透檢驗,合格后再焊夾套并進行夾套液壓和氣密性試驗。

     

    DO HYDRAULICPRESSURE TEST OR LEAKAGE TESTWITH WATER OR LEAKAGE TEST WITH KEROSENE FIRST.THE JACKET CAN BE WELDED ON THEEQUIPMENT WHEN TEST RESULT IS ELIGIBLE. THEN DOHYDRAULIC PRESSURE TEST AND AIRTIGHT TEST OF JACKET.

     

    2.容器和夾套均為壓力容器時

     

    a.應先對容器進行液壓和氣密性試驗,合格后再焊夾套并進行夾套液壓和氣密性試驗。(注:不需要保壓時)

     

    DO HYDRAULICPRESSURE TEST OR AIR TIGHTTEST, THE JACKET CAN BE WELDED ON THE EQUIPMENT WHENTEST RESULT IS ELIGIBLE.THEN DO HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TEST AND AIR TIGHT TEST OFJACKET.

     

    b.應先對容器進行液壓試驗和氣密性試驗,合格后再焊夾套并進行夾套液壓和氣密性試驗,同時在容器內保持一定的壓力____Mpa。(注:需要保壓時)

    換熱器類技術要求

     

    一般要求

     

    1. 換熱管的標準為____,其外徑偏差為____,其壁厚偏差為____mm。

     

    THE STANDARD OFTUBE SHALL BE____.THEALLOWANCE OF OUTSIDE DIAMETER SHALL BE____,THE ALLOWANCEOF TUBE THICKNESS SHALLBE____mm.

     

    2. 管板密封面與殼體軸線垂直,其允差為1mm。

     

    SEALING SURFACEOF TUBE SHEET SHALL BE SETVERTICAL TO THE AXIS. THE ALLOWANCE SHALL BE ____mm.

     

    特殊要求

     

    1. 管箱(浮頭蓋)組焊完畢后須進行消除應力熱處理,密封面應在熱處理后精加工。

     

    AFTER ASSEMBLYWELDING OF CHANNEL, IT SHALLBE HEAT TREATED TO GET STRESS RELIEVED. THESEALING SURFACE OF FLANGE WILL BEFINISHED AFTER HEAT TREATMENT.

     

    2. 在管子和管板脹接(或焊接)前膨脹節預壓縮(或預拉伸)____mm。

     

    THE EXPANSIONJOINT SHALL BE  PRECOMPRESSED(PRESTRETCHED) BY ____mm BEFORECONNECT THE TUBES AND TUBE SHEETS BY EXPANDING(BY WELDING).

     

    3. 冷彎U形管應進行消除應力熱處理。

     

    IT SHALL BE HEATTREATED TO GET STRESSRELIEVED FOR COLD BENDING U TUBES.

     

     

     

    管板一般要求

     

     

    1. 管板密封面應與軸線垂直,其垂直度公差為____mm。

     

    SEALING SURFACEOF TUBE SHEET SHALL BE SETVERTICAL TO THE AXIS. THE TOLERANCE OFPERPENDICULARITY SHALL BE ____mm.

     

    2.  管孔應嚴格垂直于管板密封面,其垂直度公差為____mm,孔表面不允許存在貫通的縱向條痕。

     

    THE TUBESHEETHOLES SHALL BE SET VERTICAL TOTHE SEALING SURFACE OF TUBE-SHEETS STRICTLY, THEALLOWANCE SHALL BE ____mm.

     

    3.  管板鉆孔后>96%允許孔橋寬度必須>____mm,允許小孔橋寬度(<4%孔橋數)____mm。

     

    AFTER BORING OFTUBE HOLES, AT LEAST 96% OFCLEANING LANES SHALL BE NO LESS THAN ____mm.THEMINIMUM CLEANING LANES SHALL BE__mm, WHICH WON'T BE MORE THAN 4% OF TUBENUMBER.

     

    4. 螺栓孔中心圓直徑和相鄰兩螺孔間弦長極限偏差為±0.6mm,任意兩螺孔弦長極限偏差為±1.0mm。

     

    FOR THE DIAMETEROF THE CENTER CIRCLE OFBOLT HOLES AND THE LENGTH OF CHORD BETWEEN TWO ADJACENTBOLTS,THE ALLOWANCESHALL BE ±0.6mm, THE ALLOWANCE FOR THE CHORD LENGTH BETWEEN TWO ARBITRARYBOLTHOLES ON CENTER CIRCLE IS±1.0mm

     

    5. 隔板槽密封面應與環形密封面平齊。

     

    Sealing faceof pass partition groove shouldbe flush to  the ringsealing face 。

     

     

    堆焊管板

     

    1.整個堆焊層表面應平整,平面度公差為1mm。堆焊層厚度應均勻,最厚與最薄之差<1mm.,堆焊的過渡層和表層(包括密封表層)最小厚度3mm。

     

    THE WHOLESURFACE OF OVERLAYER SHALL BELEVEL OFF. THE PLANENESS ALLOWANCE SHALL BE 1mm. THE THICKNESS OF SURFACINGLAYER SHALLBE UNIFORM. THE DIFFERENCE OF THICKEST AND THE THINNEST SHALL BE NOMORE THAN 1mm. THE THINNEST OF TRANSITION LAYER ANDSURFACE LAYER (INCLUDINGSEALED SURFACE LAYER) SHALL BE 3mm.

     

    2. 基層材料的堆焊表面和加工后(鉆孔前)的堆焊層表面應分別進行滲透檢測,按NB/T47013.5-2015- PT-I級為合格。

     

    THE SURFACE OFTUBE SHEET TO BE OVERLAID ANDTHE SURFACE OF MACHINED OVER-LAYER SHALL HAVEPENETRATED TEST SEPARATELY BEFOREBORING. IT SHALL CONFORM TO CLASS PT-I ASSPECIFIED IN NB/T47013.5-2015.

     

     

    鍛制管板

     

    1. 鍛件應按NB/747008~47010-2017《壓力容器用鋼鍛件》____級進行制造、檢驗和驗收。

     

    FABRICATION,CHECK AND EXAMINATION OFFORGINGS SHALL CONFORM TO CLASS __AS SPECIFIED INNB/747008~47010-2017"FORGED STEELS FOR PRESSURE VESSELS".

     

     

    拼接管板

     

    1. 對接接頭必須全焊透,進行100%射線(RT)或超聲(UT)檢測,按NB/T47013-2015RT-IIUT-I級為合格。

     

    THE BUTT JOINTMUST BE FULL PENETRATED ANDBE TESTED BY 100% RT OR UT. IT SHALL CONFORM TOCLASS RT-II OR UT-I AS SPECIFIEDIN NB/T47013-2015.

     

    2. 拼接管板需按相應要求進行焊后消除應力熱處理。

     

    THE TUBE SHEETSHALL BE HEAT TREATED TO GETSTRESS RELIEVED ACCORDING TO RELATIVE CODES.

     

    3. 管板采用鋼板制作時,厚度大于50mmQ245RQ345R鋼板,厚度大于16mm15MnVR鋼板須要求正火狀態供貨,使用。

     

    THE TUBESHEET  MUST BE NORMALIZED STEEL.

     

    折流板,支持板

     

    1. 折流板應平整,平面度公差3mm。

     

    THE BAFFLEPLATES SHALL BE SMOOTH, FLATNESSALLOWANCE SHALL BE____mm.

     

    2.相鄰兩孔中心距離極限偏差為±0.3mm,允許有4%相鄰兩孔中心距極限偏差為±0.5mm,任意兩管孔中心距極限偏差為±1mm。

     

    ALLOWANCE FORCENTER-TO-CENTER DISTANCEBETWEEN 2 ADJACENT HOLES SHALL BE ±0.3mm, WHILE 4% OF THEADJACENT HOLES AREALLOWED TO HAVE ±0.5mm ALLOWANCE. ALLOWANCE FOR CENTER-TO-CENTER DISTANCEBETWEEN 2ARBITRARY TUBE HOLES SHALL BE ±1mm.

     

    3.鉆孔后應除去管孔周邊的毛刺。

     

    ANY BURRS SHALLBE REMOVED.

     

     

    塔器技術要求

     

     

    .板式塔裝配圖

     

    1.  一般要求

     

    a.  塔體直線度公差為____mm;塔體安裝垂直度公差為____mm。

     

    THE STRAIGHTNESSALLOWANCE OF TOWER SHALL BE____mm. THE INSTALLATION VERTICAL ALLOWANCE OFTOWER SHALL BE ____mm.

     

    b. 裙座(支座)螺栓孔中心圓直徑以及相鄰兩孔和任意兩孔間弦長極限偏差為2mm。

     

    FOR THESKIRT(SUPPORT) DIAMETER OF THECENTER CIRCLE OF BOLT HOLES AND THE LENGTH OFCHORD BETWEEN TWO ADJACENTBOLTS,THE ALLOWANCE SHALL BE 2mm. AND THE ALLOWANCE FOR THE CHORD LENGTHBETWEENTWO ARBITRARY BOLT HOLES ON CENTER CIRCLE IS THE SAME.

     

    c.  塔盤的制造、安裝按JB/T1205-2001《塔盤技術條件》進行。

     

    FABRICATION ANDINSTALLATION OF TRAY SHALLCONFORM TO JB/T1205-2001 "SPECIFICATION OF TOWERTRAY".

     

    2.特殊要求

     

    a.DN<800mm的塔器,塔盤制造或裝配成整體后再裝入塔內的塔體要求: 塔體在同一橫斷面上的最大直徑與最小直徑之差<1%Di,且不大于25mm。塔體內表面焊縫應修磨齊平,接管與塔體焊后應與塔體內表面齊平。塔節兩端法蘭與塔體焊接后一起加工,其法蘭密封面與筒體軸線垂直度公差為1mm。

     

    THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MAXIMUM DIAMETERAND THE MINIMUM DIAMETEROF THE SAME TRANSECT SHALL BE<1%Di AND <25mm.THE INNER WELD SHOULD BE POLISHED TO MAKE ITFLUSH WITH MOTHER MATERIAL. ENDSURFACE OF THE WELD JOINT BETWEEN NOZZLE ANDTOWER SHELL SHALL BE  IN THE SAME PLANE.MACHINE THE TWO END FLANGESTOGETHER AFTER THEY ARE WELDED TO TOWER BODY.FLANGE SEALING SURFACE SHALL BESET VERTICAL TO THE AXIS OF TOWER. THE ALLOWANCESHALL BE 1mm.

     

    b.筒體與裙座連接的焊接接頭需進行磁粉(MT)或滲透(PT)檢測,符合NB/T47013.4/.5-2015-MT-I級或PT-I級為合格。

     

    THE WELD JOINT OF SHELL AND SKIRT MUST HAVEMAGNAFLUX TEST(MT) ORPENETRATED TEST(PT). IT SHALL CONFORM TO CLASS MT-I ORPT-I AS SPECIFIED IN NB/T47013.4/.5-2015.

     

    c.塔的裙座螺栓采用模板定位,一次澆灌基礎。

     

    THE BOLTSOF TOWER SKIRT ARE LOCATED BYTEMPLET. AND THE WHOLE FOUNDATION IS POURED ATTHE SAME TIME.

     

    d.塔體應按圖中標注分段制造,現場組焊和熱處理。

     

    THE TOWER MUSTBE FABRICATED BY SEVERALSECTIONS, WELDED TOGETHER ON SITE AND HEAT TERATEDACCORDING TO THE NOTES INDRAWINGS.

     

    e.當保溫圈與塔體的附件相碰時應將保溫圈移開或斷開。

     

    WHEN THEINSULATION RING MEET THE TOWERACCESSORIES, MOVE OR CUT THE INSULATION RING.

     

    .  板式塔塔盤部件圖

     

    1.JB/T1205-2001《塔盤技術條件》進行制造、安裝和驗收。

     

    FABRICATION, INSTALLATION AND EXAMINATIONSHALL CONFORM TO JB/T1205-2001"SPECIFICATION OF TOWER TRAY".

     

    2.加工面和非加工面線性尺寸未注公差按GB/T1804-2000m級和c級。

     

    THE LINEARITY DIMENSION ALLOWANCE OFMACHINED SURFACE OR NONMACHINEDSURFACE SHOULD BE IN CONFORMITY WITH STIPULATIONOF CLASS m OR CLASS c IN GB/T1804-2000.

     

    .  板式塔塔板零件圖

     

    塔板按JB/T1205-2001<塔盤技術條件>進行制造和驗收。

     

    FABRICATION AND EXAMINATION OF TRAY SHALLCONFORM TO JB/T1205-2001"SPECIFICATION OF TOWER TRAY".

     

    .  填料塔裝配圖

     

    1.一般要求

     

    a.塔體直線度公差為____mm;塔體安裝垂直度公差為____mm。

     

    THE STRAIGHTNESS ALLOWANCE OF TOWER SHALLBE ____mm; THE INSTALLATIONVERTICAL ALLOWANCE OF TOWER SHALL BE ____mm.

     

    b.裙座(支座)螺栓孔中心圓直徑以及相鄰兩孔和任意兩孔間弦長極限偏差為2mm。

     

    THE SKIRT(SUPPORT) DIAMETER OF THE CENTERCIRCLE OF BOLT HOLES ANDTHE LENGTH OF CHORD BETWEEN TWO ADJACENT BOLTS,THEALLOWANCE SHALL BE 2mm. AND THE ALLOWANCE FOR THE CHORD LENGTHBETWEEN TWOARBITRARY BOLT HOLES ON CENTER CIRCLE IS THE SAME.

     

    c.支承柵板應平整,安裝后的平面度公差2%Di,且不大于4mm。

     

    THE GRATING SUPPORT SURFACE SHALL BE FLAT.THE ALLOWANCE OF FLATNESSAFTER INSTALLATION SHALL BE 2% Di AND<4mm.

     

    d.噴淋裝置的平面度公差為3mm,標高極限偏差3mm,其中心線同軸度公差為3mm。

     

    FLATNESS ALLOWANCE OF SPRAY DEVICE SHALL BE3mm. ELEVATION ALLOWANCE SHALL BE 3mm. AND COAXALITY ALLOWANCE SHALL BE 3mm.

     

    2.特殊要求

     

    對于規整填料塔,需增加:

     

    a.塔體在同一斷面上的最大直徑與最小直徑之差<1%Di,且不大于25mm。

     

    THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MAXIMUM DIAMETERAND THE MINIMUM DIAMETEROF THE SAME TRANSECT SHALL BE<1%Di AND <25mm.

     

    b.接管(人孔,視鏡等)與筒體焊接時,應與塔體內壁面平齊。

     

    END SURFACE OF THE WELD JOINT BETWEENNOZZLE (MANHOLE, SIGHT GLASS,ETC.) AND TOWER SHELL SHALL BE IN THESAME PLANE.

     

    c.塔體內表面焊縫應磨平,焊疤、焊渣應清除干凈。

     

    THE INNER WELD OF TOWER SHOULD BE POLISHEDTO MAKE IT FLUSH WITHMOTHER MATERIAL. CLEAN OUT WELD SCARS AND WELD DREGS.

     

    d.塔節兩端法蘭與塔體焊接后一起加工,其法蘭密封面與筒體軸線垂直度公差為1mm。

     

    MACHINE THE TWO END FLANGES TOGETHER AFTERTHEY ARE WELDED TO TOWERBODY. FLANGE SEALING SURFACE SHALL BE SET VERTICAL TOTHE AXIS OF TOWER. THE ALLOWANCESHALL BE 1mm.

     

    e.填料應采用____材料制做,其特性參數應符合設計要求的指標或制造廠標準填料的特性。

     

    THE MATERIAL OF PACKING SHALL BE ____,WHOSE CHARACTERISTICPARAMETER ACCORD WITH THE DESIGNED GUIDE LINE OR THECHARACTERISTIC PARAMETERAND SPECIFICATION OF FACTORY STANDARD PACKING.

     

    f.  填料盤名義外徑D=Di-4,填料盤高度極限偏差為3mm。

     

    THE NOMINAL OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF PACKINGTRAY SHALL BE:D=Di-4. THEHEIGHT ALLOWANCE OF PACKING SHALL BE 3mm.

     

    g.填料應在塔外平臺上預組裝,橫斷面的平面度公差為3mm。(大直徑塔的規整填料需分塊制作時)

     

    PACKING SHALL BE PREASSEMBLED ON THEOUTSIDE PLATFORM OF TOWER. THEFLATNESS ALLOWANCE OF TRANSECT SECTION SHALL BE3mm.

     

    h.制作完的填料盤或組件應進行嚴格的凈脫脂或其它特殊處理。

     

    DO STRICT NET DEGREASE OR OTHER SPECIALTREATMENT TO THOSE FINISHEDPACKING TRAYS OR ASSEMBLIES.
